The Best European Shuttle Stallion in 2014

More European stakes winners in 2014 than any other shuttle stallion

“Standing a stallion on behalf of His Highness the Aga Khan is a great honour for all of us here at Cornerstone Stud. Very rarely are proven stallions with such breed shaping potential made available to Australian breeders.”
Sam Hayes (Managing Director of Cornerstone Stud)

“We are convinced that Dalakhani will be the perfect outcross for so many Australian mares. Our experience is that in order to breed a classic racehorse you need to go to a proven stallion with classic credentials and Dalakhani is exactly that.”
Pat Downes (Manager of HH the Aga Khan’s Gilltown Stud, Ireland)

"Of all the greats I have trained for His Highness, Dalakhani is the most complete racehorse. He has all the qualities - he has speed, he stays and he always relaxes perfectly.“
Alain de Royer Dupré (Leading French trainer)

“He has got to be an outstanding horse, as a two-year-old, as a three-year-old and over all distances and all goings. He has speed, he has stamina. He has everything..... He is a beautiful mover..... This horse possesses a concentration of unusual talents..... That is what gives him the ability to accelerate when he needs to accelerate, to follow a pace when he needs to do that, and to handle all goings equally..... Breeding is the basis of what my family has been doing for generations and this win puts him among the best.”
His Highness the Aga Khan (Following Dalakhani’s victory on his final start in the Group One Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe)
